Evening Meditation – Jan 7 2020
Our first meditation session for the year will focus on setting intentions for the year to come.
This facilitated session includes a combination of silent breath meditation, focusing bells, guided visualization, chanting, moving meditation, and inspirational readings.
No previous experience with meditation is required. All ages welcome! Bring your favorite cushion, yoga mat, or small blanket if you like. You are also welcome to bring a short wisdom reading or inspirational poem to share. Comfortable clothing and a water bottle recommended.
