Cheerful Energy Dance ~ Morning
Cheerful Energy Dance ~ Morning session is a chance to stretch, breathe, move, and find your personal groove for the day!
No steps to learn. No combinations to memorize. Just join the circle of folks exploring movement with fun music. Each guided session will use breath, movement, and sound to focus on the chakra, or energy centers, and connect our physical, mental, and spiritual selves. All ages are welcome ~ from infants to elders. All abilities welcome ~ everyone moves in their own way. Even folks with walkers and wheelchairs are invited. Dancing from a seated position is always an option. Cheerful Energy Dance is offered at various times. Each session is a little different, but there is no need to take them in any order. You can pre-register or drop-in whenever you have the urge to dance!
What to Wear: Comfortable clothes you can move in. This is a shoe-free class. Favorite socks, comfy slippers, or bare feet recommended.
What to Bring: water bottle recommended; bells, shakers, or rattles optional.
