Our cool things are custom made for your order by production companies around the United States, and occasionally in other parts of the world. Then they are shipped directly to you.
We guarantee: If you are not happy with it, we will replace it or provide a refund.*
About the Colors
Please note that colors may appear differently on your computer screen than they are in real life.
And different surfaces and fabrics take the inks differently. We think you will be impressed with the vibrant colors and the quality of our products.
Earth-Friendly
We are always looking for ways to minimize our impact on the Earth, encourage recycling, and promote courageous kindness.
Your custom printed order is shipped directly to you from the producer. This minimizes the environmental impact of large production runs, warehouse storage, and additional shipping. We apologize in advance for any non-recyclable packaging. Please recycle any paper packaging, watch for Recycle symbols on any plastic bags.
Shipping
Since we work with a variety of production companies, your items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
You may also see more than one shipping charge on your order. Shipping rates and times will vary depending on where the production company is located relative to you.
How long will it take?
Since each item is custom created for you by different suppliers, the time to receive your order will vary, and your items may arrive in separate shipments. The production time for most items is 2 to 5 days from the day you place the order. Shipping times usually range from 2 to 7 days. Most orders arrive in 10 to 14 days from the order date. Factors like extreme weather, holiday demand, or a global pandemic may slow production and/or shipping times. We recommend ordering early for best results!
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
If you are not thrilled with the item you purchased, you are welcome to return it. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please include "RETURN" and your order # in the subject line, and explain the reason for your return. We will replace it, or send you a credit or refund for the purchase price. You choose the solution that works best for you.Request a return here.
